Time for Scotland. The day before we left via the oh-so-comfortable RyanAir, we met with a professor for coffee, said goodbye to our couchsurfing hosts over tea, spent four hours sampling homemade liquors and devouring five Nicoises courses at Gerard and Michele’s, took a tour around the city with Gerard at midnight in his oversized Fiat truck, carefully packed our belongings away using a scale, and left at 4am to catch our flight via Navette.
